Return and Refund Policy

Replytentra is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. As our services are delivered digitally and instantly upon subscription, we do not require physical returns. This policy strictly dictates the terms of refunds for our digital subscriptions.
The Free plan does not require payment, credit card information, or any financial commitment. It can be canceled or discontinued at any time without any obligation.
Users on the Free plan are highly encouraged to thoroughly test the platform's features to ensure it meets their requirements before deciding to upgrade to a paid Pro plan.
You can cancel your Monthly Pro Plan subscription at any time via your dashboard settings before the next renewal date.
Refund Policy
Because of the immediate access to digital infrastructure and API bandwidth, no refunds are provided for the current active billing cycle once a payment has been processed.
Your access to premium Pro features will remain active and fully functional until the final day of your current paid billing cycle.
You may cancel your Annual Pro Plan subscription at any time to prevent it from renewing for the following year.
Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions are offered at a significant discount in exchange for a year-long commitment. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for unused months if you decide to cancel early.
Your access to premium Pro features will remain active until the end of your current paid annual cycle.
We take pride in our platform's reliability. Refunds are exclusively considered under the following strictly exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Billing: If our payment processor accidentally charges you twice for the same billing cycle.
- Platform Outage: If the Replytentra platform experiences an extended, documented outage exceeding 72 continuous hours, rendering it completely unusable. (Note: This does not apply to Meta API downtime, which is out of our control).
If your account is suspended or terminated by our team because you used the platform to send spam, commit fraud, or violate Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, you instantly forfeit your right to any refund for the remainder of your subscription.
